I offer a complete approach to getting on stage as a competitive Physique Athlete . As a competitive  Bodybuilder and physique athlete  I have gone through the process and have been lucky enough to have worked with and learned from some of the best in the industry.

I will cover every aspect of getting on stage so that there is no extra stress in the months, weeks and days leading up to a contest. There are many aspects of a contest prep that experience and guidance are a necessity to achieve success such as (peak weak strategies, color, posing/stage presence, suit choice, music choice, pre-contest motivation, post-contest mind set, and more).  I will help eliminate the stress of you worrying about these things on your own.

I require a full assessment of where your physique and metabolic activity is and then will develop a program to get you into stage condition. I always go the route of what puts the client in the best condition possible to ensure muscle retention and a healthy transition.

I always base your diet on your life style and allow several options for food choice. Weight Training programs are also included as I want control of all variables leading into the contest. I am extremely hands on so I do limit the number of clients I work with at one time to ensure the proper amount of personal attention is paid.



My main focus is working with the General Population and helping to instill healthy lifestyle habits within individuals.  I truly have a passion for teaching each and everyone of my clients the proper way to eat not diet!

There is so much information available that it can be difficult at times to decide what makes sense and what is foolish with regards to diet and nutrition. We work through different methods and strategies figuring out which type and style of nutritional care works best for you. No one is just handed a meal plan, we develop a specific tactic to achieve your success.

I will teach you proper nutrition and offer lessons that will allow you to continue to see and achieve success after we have reached your desired goal together.  I will teach you techniques to track and change your diet so that you are able to reach your goals and make adjustments as they change.  I want you to actually learn how to eat and understand what it takes to eat towards a specific goal, not just “eat healthy”

Nutrition is one aspect of the process, while the most important nothing can be achieved without a great exercise regimen prescribed specific to you. Every program comes with an exact exercise write up including workouts and cardio requirements all being based off each individual’s goals.

Even though you are not a competitor, sacrifices always have to be made when looking to manipulate body composition. It’s never going to be easy but we will do everything possible to create a program and instill habits that work best for your lifestyle!
