Wanting to build a community where females could come together and learn that it’s not just okay to be strong but also necessary for life and the body composition goals desired. The class is structured in a way that provides sound programming written specifically for females but balancing fun and a supportive group environment.
Female Strength Training Class members are provided weekly hours to when instructional classes will be held and are also provided a FOB entry to use the gym in open hours.
