GlickFit Strength and Conditioning was built out of necessity for the Rochester Fitness and Personal Training Community. The Owners Ewa and Kyle Glickman found themselves needing a facility that matched the specifications of eat they were delivering fitness / health industry of Rochester New York, and also bring continuing education for trainers to the forefront.

In the Fall of 2018, GlickFit Strength and Conditioning laid its roots in the heart of the South Wedge Neighborhood in Rochester, New York. Located at 739 South Clinton Ave, their refined space totals 3000 square and gives you the locally-owned boutique feel within a personal training setting.

GlickFit Gym provides a mixture of 1 on 1 , small group and semi open gym memberships. Additionally, Glickfit Edu allows for trainers to benefit from educational opportunities like mentorships, internships and shadowing.

The private studio floor plan is arranged to create the ideal flow and atmosphere for personal training and individualized coaching. Glickfit houses top of the line equipment sourced from EliteFTS, Prime, Cybex, Rogue, Assault and Concept2.

We invite you to come in and see the facility for yourself. You will be overwhelmed with the space, it’s cleanliness, and comfort that you will not find it a normal training studio. Relax in our private lounge with a 65 inch TV, use the chic dressing changing rooms and lockers to secure your valuables, enjoy our fully stockers coolers of drinks and portioned meals, among many other amenities which you will not find in a traditional commercial gym.

We are an up-and-coming facility, with years of experience, and wish to redefine the culture of personal training and your experience of training in the gym.

It was Kyle’s desire to provide far beyond what is expected of a “personal trainer” and what is often done regularly on the gym floor in your local commercial gym. Kyle has established himself as the premier coach in Rochester and now has a gym that embodies a distinct culture. This culture is centered around our 4 pillars that define our brand and beliefs:

Culture is “a dynamic process characterized by the shared values, beliefs, expectations and practices across the members and generations of a defined group.” With these four pillars laying our structure we can achieve our culture which is. Take an educated and safe approach to healthy results.

The passion for results is driven through progression. This is shared amongst everyone at GlickFit; We understand that progress is a dynamic process and results never come in a linear fashion. It is our goal to educate clients, achieve optimal health, and provide a space to train safely with the guidance and direction of a professional trainer. Every client comes in for weight loss and body transformations but we achieve this through balancing educated exercise, nutrition, lifestyle coaching and achieving optimal health.

Well what does that mean?

Coaching to us doesn’t mean we train every like an athlete. We build rapport with each client by listening, teaching, communicating, investing and believing in our clients to create results and build a real relationship between trainer and client.
