He can provide this to you by having a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, and a Masters Degree in Applied Nutrition focusing in Exercise Physiology. Along with his degrees, Kyle is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Poliquin Group Certified. His education paired with years of experience in the field are a guarantee that you will see progress.
He will design YOUR workouts around YOUR goals and around any injuries or limitations that YOU have.
Kyle have been educated to draft and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective, challenging and appropriate for each particular client. Kyle will look through an individuals health history and current fitness level, to design a program to help you set attainable goals using research-proven methods.
